Re: manual for LXI color t.v. (need code)
Kindly try these codes: 012,024,036,037,040,048,051,074.To Program it you press and hold the TV button, then enter a three digit code then release the TV key. See if it controls the device. Good luck. hope this will help. regards

I'm having a hard time locating a manual, but dug a few things up for the seat. It appears to have temperature adjustments - it's unclear if there are manual ones, or if this is only from the remote control. It also appears to have a separate water tank, rather than a built-in heater. There is also a wall power cord for the heater and other valving / controls / actuators.
If the water is not heating, it could mean that:
The water heater is not ever heating up the water, so you have water the temperature it came in at. That could be a bad heater element, or a broken temperature sensor. Any commercial device heating things that come into contact with people will be built so that if the temperature sensor fails, or a wire breaks, it'll default to not heating. That prevents fires and scalding. This may mean replacing the tank, the heater element, or the temp sensor. You'd have to take that up with the manufacturer.
The temperature control hardware is malfunctioning. If it thinks the water is hot, even if it isn't then it won't heat it. Whatever sets the water temp, see if there's any change as you change the setting.
The water is hot, but is cooling off before it gets to you. Not likely unless you have a hundred-foot-long transfer pipe from the tank.
If it's the seat specifically and not the water, I don't know if the seat is heated by the water, or by an electric heater element. That could again be an issue of heater element, temperature sensor, or what temperature the control thinks it's set for.
The system is unpowered. I don't know if the spray will still work if the system is unplugged. if it is unplugged, then you won't get heat. The reviews specifically say it's tapped into the wall water supply for the toilet, so it'll be cold water coming in.
I hope that helps you narrow it down. Do also make sure the batteries in the remote aren't dead. One review I saw said the remote tends to eat them quickly.
My remote worked but the blower would not respond. If that's the issue, take the label off the remote (the corner by the heater button) and put a piece of aluminum tape over the contacts so there is a better connection. I also got a new one from AMDM (under warranty then) but I am still using the first remote I fixed. AMDM customer service: 1-800-778-1450
Nothing will operate without a functioning remote control; you'll need to buy one from the manufacturer. I recommend attaching the bracket to the wall, and Velcro-ing the remote into the bracket, so that it won't get lost or fall into water.
pegasus is a home depot product u need to adjust ur anti scald setting the valve is shipped in cold position it should have a red and blue plastic clips that go over the grooved thing call pegasus customer service at 1888 328-2383 they should be able to assist u with ur problem if u need parts or how to adjust the anti scald system
You need to either bend the arm that connects tot he float down (if it is the type with the ball float) or adjust the height of the fill valve assembly. THis accomplished by slightly twisting the valve assembly carefully and sliding down a half of an inch or so and then twisting back to lock it in place.
There is a small plastic tube that comes from the fill valve and attaches onto the overflow tube on the flush valve. If no water is coming out of that tube, then it is clogged internally. You can remove the tube from the fill valve and take a small piece of wire or a straight pin to try and clear it from the outside. If that doesn't work, then I would recommend replacing the fill valve. They are inexpensive to replace. If you don't know how to get into the fill valve's internal guts at the top, then I would recommend replacement of the valve. One more thing, there also could be a water saver where the outlet is on the little tube I just explained. It is usually light blue, you can remove that and discard it.
