Find the master phone, probably the attendant x101 and dial *7800 from the intercom.

I forgot how to clear the stored voice mails

Les,

If you want to delete the actual voice mails, you have to go through your phone company (using their keypad commands) since voice mail is only accessible through your phone (but the voice mail messages are stored through your phone company provider).

Info from the Uniden DECT 6.0 6035 Manual:

Using the Voice Mail Service If you subscribe to a voice mail service, you can use your phone to access your voice mailbox. The new message LED on the handset ?ashes and VM appears in the handset display whenever you have messages waiting in yourvoice mailbox. When you subscribe to the service, your voice mail provider provides you with the access number and the required voice mail signaling tone. You can use your phonebook to store the access number.

Resetting the Voice Message Waiting Indicator

When you receive a new voice mail message, the new message LED on the top of the handset ?ashes and
appears in the handset display. In the event your message alert tone gets out of sync with your phone company's voice messaging system, you can reset back to its original "no messages waiting" state. To reset, press and hold [?nd hs] on the base for ?ve seconds. A beep sounds and the message alert tone is reset.

Here is the manual:

How do change the outgoing "Night Mode" message in the Voice Mail System on NEC Electra Elite DTU 32D-1?

If you are using an Active Voice product (typical w/ NEC) you need to change the hours of operation on the voice mail system. "Night Mode" only changes the ringing characteristics of the phone system and where calls ring, not the greetings that play on the voice mail. The voice mail plays a particular greeting (Day/Night/Holiday) based on the time of day specified in the schedule. The system administrator for the voice mail would have to make this change.

My light keeps blinking and i have no messages

My Uniden phone started blinking with no obvious message to listen to & draining all my phones batteries. Evidently it started at 11:27 pm last night, I woke at 5 in the morning and saw the blinking. Turns out altho I do not have voice messaging enabled in my Vonage account (VOIP), Vonage had sent a robo call to me in it & activated the MWI on my phones. Nice!! After I went into the account and listened to it, the blinking stopped. I still don't have it enabled in the account. I expect you've solved your problem. I'm just posting this tip for the next poor bloke who has this problem as it may help.

Listen to voice mail

Those messages are on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

Update company message when on auto attendant (night mode)

Although this has probably been solved. The solution would be to have each user dial voice mail and log into their mailbox. Once logged in press 0 (zero), if you are given more options then this is the administrator's box. Follow the prompts to change the company greeting for day or night mode. If this does not work you will need to call a qualified technician who will log into the voice mail with a PC.

Recording messages

You are asking about changing you voice mail and phone system settings. Your phone can work on several different Panasonic phone systems and you could have different voice mail systems as well.

The phone KX-T7633 has only a user guide that covers the basic features of the phone itself. You need a programming and installation manual for your phone system AND your voice mail. They are not the same part and have different manuals.

So, your first step is to find out the model number of your phone system and voice mail system.
