Question about HP Deskjet 5940 Photo InkJet Printer
How do I get to the information about ink levels on my HP Deskjet 5940?
The installation disk for your printer has a setup wizard that monitors your ink levels in your printer. Go through the installation again as it will not hurt anything and you should find it on one of your pop up screens that it leads you to.

Go to print - then to properties - then services- click service this device - click ink levels.
But it will only show you the ink levels if you are using genuine HP catridges - otherwise it
