I cannot get passed the loading screen. Doesn't boot up. Just seems to go in a loop.

Hi, try go to safe mode ( before loading screen, press F8 and select safe mode, ) if it goes on to safe mode, goto; Start ->Run..->type msconfig ->goto stratup startup.
uncheck all the entrys, and boot the machine normally, if it boots normally, start adding the entrys one by one, until it failes to start. report back.

My laptop cant use in noraml mode and it turns to white

resetart the laptop and choose "Debugging mode". This will show the list of files that loads during the initial boot up and OS starting. Reply with the last file listed before the BSOD.

If the BSOD occurs after the logging, list where it occurs (during the "Starting Windows XP window" or "after the desktop appears but no desktop icons".

Also, provide what OS is on the laptop.

I can NOT re-start my Windows xp in safe mode HELP!!!

More details would be helpfull. Have you tried clicking the F8 key while it is starting up?
if that does not work try this- http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html

in brief
1) Start>run.
2) Type msconfig
3) in the General tab select advanced
4) check the box next to "enable startup menu" click ok.
5) select restart.

6) when you have done what you wish to in safe mode go through above proccess again and uncheck the "enable startup menu option to continue starting normally.

Cant acess safe mode in windows xp, just cycles startup screens

Here are some steps to use MSCONFIG to force your computer into SAFE MODE
  1. Click on Start and then Run.
  2. In the text box in the Run window, type msconfig and click OK. This will open the System Configuration Utility program.
Note: Do not make changes in the System Configuration Utility other than those outlined here to avoid causing serious system issues. This utility controls a number of startup activities other than those involved with Safe Mode.
  3. Click on the BOOT.INI tab located at the top of the System Configuration Utility window.
  4. Check the checkbox next to /SAFEBOOT and click OK.
  5. You will then be prompted to either Restart, which will restart the PC immediately, or Exit Without Restart, which will close the window and allow you to restart the PC manually.
  6. After the restart, the PC will automatically boot into Windows XP Safe Mode.
Note: Windows XP will continue to boot into Safe Mode until the System Configuration Utility is configured to again boot normally.
  7. When your work in Safe Mode is complete, click on Start and then Run. Type msconfig in the text box and click OK.
This will again open the System Configuration Utility program.
  8. Choose the Normal Startup radio button and click OK.
  9. You will then be prompted to either Restart, which will restart the PC immediately, or Exit Without Restart, which will close the window and allow you to restart the PC manually.
  10. After the restart, the PC will boot into Windows XP normally and will continue to do so.

Safe mode

You can also force the system into safe mode. You click on startup and type in msconfig. Click the general tab and select diags and the system will reboot to safe mode. Change it back to normal to get your system out of safe mode.
