Question about Sub-Zero 611 / O Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
You have a hole in your evap coil in your fridge. What your are going to have to do is call a authorized service company and get it fixed. you will need a evap coil and a filter dryer and depending on how long your unit has been running maybe a compressor also. when ever there is ice on the rear wall on the left that means you are low on freon and sub-zero is very common on it's evap coil. Now as long as you get a subzero authorized company you will be able to take advantage of your warranty you have a 2 year full warranty, 5 year parts and labor warranty, on sealed system( what you need). and a 12 year sealed system part warranty, if your under 12 years you only pay labor. Hope this helps you
