Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, i got a kingstone's flash memory and it's protected so i can't add anything to it or delete anything on it so how can i remove the protection??
Itty-tiny switch located in a slot on the side. Use a paperclip and slide it or opposite position
Or use HP USB Format tool from Extreme Tech
http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=197 ) and try reformatting... if that doesn't work, it is hosed and only I can fix it so let me know ;-)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
