You need a screwdriver , and there is a hole in the casing at the bottom (of the top part of the machine)that allows you to get access to do this.

I have a Francis Francis x1 machine, but when i want to make an espresso shot, and turns on the espresso button, the steamer spour out boiling water (not steam, and not while turned on). Does anyone k

Don't know how your controls are set, but you have two switches on the front and a knob on the right. The switch for the steamer (the right hand switch) should be off. The knob on the right should be turned clockwise to turn in off. Then no water or steam should come out of the steamer wand. If it does, the seal on the knob inside the machine is broken. It can be repaired but only if you're handy with a screwdriver (make sure if you take it apart you disconnect it from the mains).

Water leaks around the steamer

May be. If you get the machine upside down (switched off) you will find a hole near the steam knob which allows access to a screw. Turn this screw with a flat bladed screwdriver and the knob will come off. There is a gasket (washer) near the end of this know which is the seal. I don't know where you get the seal, but try finding a rubber seal in a gasket kit. This may be the problem.

Francis francis milk steamer not operating

Steamer tubes can get plugged up with dried milk and/or calified water deposits in the tube.
With the machine unplugged, turn the tube up to check it, Clean it with a small guage wire.
Soak it in a small cup of vinegar, if needed.
Further cleaning, you can add a bit of vinegar to the water and steam it thru...
Let me know how it goes.

Francis francis milk steamer not operating

Check the end/nozzle of the steam wand, if you open the wand and while getting nothing it is hot, then the nozzle is blocked use a paperclip to clear the hole at the end of tip. If you have done this already and still no steam then it is clogged where the steam valve connects to the boiler.

Leaking water from steamer

For the grouphead check the basket there might be a slight bump around the edge that is preventing it from making a good seal when it contacts the gasket in the head. If the Double works fine then the gasket is not the problem.
For the steam wand try flushing wand for 3 seconds just before steaming, if that does not help with the watery milk, then the boiler is not getting hot enough to produce steam.

Steam wand loose

you can tighten the steam want with a wrench. At the top of the wand just before it enters into the machine you see a "nut" use this to tighten or loosen the wand

Steamer/frother in-op

Hi
I think you steam knob is out of adjustment. This valve the the knob turns opens a needle, so when you close the knob it is just allowing the needle to seat. If you turn the knob harder you move the valve away from the needle, so when you try to steam everything has expanded and the valve does not touch the needle, and it won't open.
To fix.
The top comes off by removing the screw on the top back where the water tank locks in. Once the screw is removed the put both hands on the side of the machine near the top and with your 2 index fingers, push the top forward. This will push the top of the face plate forward and release the top.
Once the top is off hang it over the back for know.
You will need a #2 Allen wrench. Rotate the knob all the way counter clockwise. You will notice that there is a cam that rotates with the knob. On the back side of the cam you will find a hole. Inside that hole is a #2 Allen screw. Loosen the screw and then without moving the cam rotate the know all the way counter clockwise, then tighten the Allen screw. This is how you adjust the Solis SL machines steam valve.
To reassemble.
The top of the face plate locks into the bottom of the front part of the top, so when you put it back together slip bottom of the face plate into the machine, then put the top on the face plate so the front of both is flush whit each other. Then push down and back on the top and it will lock in. then put the screw back in and your done.

I had the francis francis examined.  It is indeed the boiler, a $200 fix if you could get the part.  Francis Francis X1 is now a brick!
