Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
Was working fine, internet, software, everything. All of a sudden the screen froze. Turned computer off, let it "rest" started it back up...it went all the way to the login screen, however we couldnt log in. So we shut the computer back off, and now when its turned on it begins to boot up, and then goes to a blue screen where it says fatal error the system has been shut down. The computer turns itself off, restarts, and repeats the process continually.
On the windows boot screen you should be getting choices for safe mode, safe mode with networking, etc ...
Select "Disable automatic restart on system failure'
And let me know what error message(s) you have ... write it all down

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
