Question about Symphonic T19WF 19" TV
No, the PLAYER has to be PAL Regional - any tv will play the signal it is given.
If the player was purchased in the US, it is NTSC.
Some players are Region Free (especially older ones) - However symphonic states yours is a NTSC Region player. I would suggest purchasing a cheapo PAL DVD player off eBay, and connecting to the A/V inputs on your TV.
