I bought LG CE 110 from ATT without service and want to use it with my T-Mobile SIM card. Could I advice me how to unlock this?phone please?

Is the phone locked to a specific carrier? like ATT or Veriaon?. If so, you need a simm specific the that carrier.. The people you bought it from should know. Good Luck _-N

You can, but you may have issues texting, using mms, and internet. T-Mo would have to change the settings on the phone to work with their network for that; they may not do that since it's an ATT phone. Phone calls would work fine though without any changes.
