Question about Canon Pixma iP4500 InkJet Printer
THANKS A MILLION
I,M FROM SOUTH AFRICA, I HOPE CANON SA IS JUST AS HELPFUL
WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I TRY!
THANKS ONCE AGAIN
I want to see you get this resolved. There is a problem with chips in the yellow tanks for sure. So, when Canon replaces them you are going to have to go in your profile here and rate each of these Ask Me requests to me a FixYa. in order to close these work tickets out.
We normally have people respond via comment, you've created several new threads just in communicating. Don't worry too much its okay; it happens. Just remember to close them all out with a FixYa so they aren't open in my profile.
Regards, and best of luck down there. I'm on the west coast of the US and its 4am and I have a full schedule until 9pm tomorrow.
Will Chat later.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
