Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook
Yes. You can actually right click on the desktop, click properties, choose screen saver... Set up the screen saver you want and choose the amount of time you want the system to wait before the screensaver becomes active. Below the scroll box where you chose your screensaver there is a small checkbox. If you check that and the system screensaver does come on you will have notice when you move your mouse the screensaver will go away but you will have to enter a password before you can resume usage. This, I believe, is your regular system log on password. :)

To set up your screensaver, right click on your desktop and choose Properties. Choose the Screen Saver tab. In the drop down menu for Screen saver, make sure something is selected instead of (None). Next click the Preview and it will give you a glimpse of what the screensaver you chose will look like. Move the mouse to get out of it and select apply if you like that one or choose a different one.

I just had that problem. I fixed it. Right click on your desktop. select personalize. Then a new screen will pop up. Select screen saver. It was the 3rd one down on my menu. Good luck.
