Check your USB cable, connect your USB cable to other gadget that is compatible with its connector. if it works with other unit the cable connections of your phone may have damage.

USB NOT CONECATE PC PROBLEM IS PC SHWO THE MESSAGA HOST NOT RISPONSE

At the time of buying the Nokia mobile, we will get one cd in the pack to install in our Pc.
Please install that in the Pc. Then connect the mobile to the Pc using the USB available in the pack.Pc will recognise the mobile.

If the cd is not available in the pack then please download the Ovi suite of N95 from the follwoing link,
http://www.nokiausa.com/get-support-and-software/software/nokia-pc-suites/compatibility-and-download#download-pc-suite

Select N95 model from the link and click the Nokia Ovi Suite version and download. Install that in the Pc.
Nokia Ovi Suite Nokia Ovi Suite allows Nokia mobile users to organize and share their photos and PIM data between their PC and their handset. It is the next generation of Nokia PC Suite and eventually Nokia Ovi Suite will become the only computer application offered by Nokia.

Rate me if this is helpful. Good Luck :)

How can use youtube

Hi,

Youtube actually uses something called flash player to play its videos, the nokia 5310 does not support that. In other words its not possible for the Nokia 5310 to play youtube videos. However you can download videos to your computer, convert them into 3gp format, and download them to the phones memory card.

Hope this helps,
Joe

Basically my cell phone won't switch on

Hello,

This is an old problem of Nokia 5310, sometimes, this phone will just automatically switch off. Please try this one:

1. Remove the battery of the phone and leave it for about 2 minutes.
2. Insert the battery and try to turn the phone on.
3. If you will get the same problem, you need to bring it to the authorized Nokia Care Center for firmware upgrade or repair.

NOTE: If the phone is under warranty, it should be free of charge.
