How can I wire a 220volts sire to a fire control panel which has a 24volts bell output?

You will need to purchase a relay capable of handling 220v with a minimum of 5A. Wire the 24v bell output across the COIL of the relay, then wire the relay commutator connections to switch power, so that when the relay receives 24v, it switches supply power to the 220v siren.

Is the furnace fan (indoor fan ) running. If not the problem is with the inside unit. It supplies the control power to operate the entire system and has a control fuse on the circuit board. If it is running but not the outside unit then the problem is outside.

I got a dayton 2hp. electric motor model#2N982M it appears you can wire it for 110volts,220volts, or 440volts - need a wiring diagram mine partially worn off.

That motor is a three phase motor and will not run on 110 volts. It is also a high RPM motor with a lot of torque and MUST be mounted to a solid surface before it is powered up or it could rip your arm off as it flies across the room. If you have access to three phase power then you could power that motor but not with standard household electrical service.

Heres a link to some info for it

There is nothing on the display, conditioner is death. The power is coming, fuse on the PCB is OK?

Check power to transformer (220volts---24/12volts Dc) which leads to function PCB. If 24 or 12 dc is o.k, then you have replace PCB only.If no output of DC, replace transformer. Thanks.

My thermostat has no power. the wires to it has no power. The fuses on the heater chip board are okay. What else can I do? Where can I locate the transformer to the A/C/Heater?

in the control box to your furnace or air handler, there should be a transformer near careful though, it has high voltage going to it though.just follow the high volt wires, the large ones, from the wall plug to the machine, into the control box to the transformer or the fuse chip board.the big black wire will go to terminal L1 at the board and the white wire will go to nuetral at the board.unplug your wall cord first so you won't get shocked. it is hard to see into the control box and board connections.also, plug a light or lamp into he wall socket to see if you have 110volts to the plug.

do that for a split airhandler wont have a wall will have a disconnect box with fuses in is also 240volts so be carefull.

AC is on and blowing air. But not cool air. Outside unit is not working

It sounds like it is the exhaust fan motor and/or the start, run capacitor have gone bad. These units usually run 220volts so I will caution you to hire a technician.
