Hello

the connection of the phone to the circuit board of the phone must have been shaken a bit so you will need to open up the phone itself and connect it back to the circuit board (you should get a professional to do this

Clean the battery connectors on both sides, so on your Axim and on your battery.
Also try to push the battery against the connectors, maybe put a sheet of paper between it or so.

To be sure if its not the battery thats bad, connect it to the charger and charge for a while. Monitor the light indicator at the top right of the phone. It should start from red to green after its fully charged. then try to restart it by turning on the power button also at the top right of the phone.
If after these procedures the phone does not start up or it shows some temporal 3 seconds flash of power, you may need to get another battery. If a new battery does not start your phone, then its a power fault. It needs to be rapaired.

When trying to charge the battery, do you get any Amber LED indicator on your iPAQ? It should be flashing when charging and solid when fully charged.
