My brother inlaw works for Best Buy and he thought that the problem was the color wheel. He's the only person to look at it. The picture comes in, but it's mostly red and discolored.
Depending on the version of software in the unit additional service alignments may be required.If the colorwheel was changed and the picture was fine before and now is bad this is the case.Only an authorized Samsung service center will have this information.In the colorwheel box there should have been a little sticker with the new peramaters required to align the new colorwheel to the software version.

If you have too much red the only thing that can cause this is the colorwheel.Part # BP96-00250A.
Yes that is the original Samsung part # for the model # that you provided.
The color wheel is spinning too slow due to the bearing being worn out.This can cause a distorted hazy looking picture.
It`s not too difficult just be careful to put the rubber gaskets back in place, and if the pic is still bad it may need additional aligments due to improvements to replacement colorwheels.It will be cheaper for you to order the colorwheel yourself but if you run into problems you may still have to take it to a shop for colorwheel calabration.
All inputs will look bad if colorwheel is bad.Any graphic that shows up on the screen will be affected in some way due to a lagging colorwheel.When you put the new colorwheel in it may still look bad as I stated before,due to improvements to the replacement which can only be corrected by an Authorized Samsung Service Center.Make sure you take the sticker provided with the new colorwheel to be calabrated. You may get lucky and it may just work fine after replacing the colorwheel.
This unit does not have convergence amps.
You have a bad colorwheel.Case closed.
It`s easy to become confused about what is going on with you TV especialy if the people that are advising you are not actual TV technicians.Your Tv does not have convergence amps.I know this because I work on them all day.The information I offer here is free and I would not post anything to point you in the wrong direction.If this unit had convergence amps I would give you the part number and advise you to replace them.You have a bad colorwheel.I can see this in the pictures you have submitted.It is lagging and it obviously has affected the red processing of this unit.Replace the colorwheel.

but i m on my computer now threw my tv n right above for rateing where it shows 1red 2 yellow 3 green and so on on my screen red is red green is green yellow is yellow so u think still color wheel and my tv menu color is fine

sorry to bother i again but i just orded the color wheel while i was doing it my tv went back to normal for like ten min then went back to doing what it was just wondering if its bad how did it come back to life for ten min thanks.
