a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
Jan 20, 2012 | Samsung Televison & Video
May 08, 2011 | Sony DVP-FX750 Portable DVD Player
Mar 24, 2011 | Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
BD media does have region codes. But, unlike current DVD players, the region codes for BD media use letters instead of numbers to indicate a particular zone or region where the discs can be played.
The BD region codes are as follows:
Jan 21, 2011 | Sony BDPS370 BluRay Player
Dec 22, 2010 | Computers & Internet
Nov 15, 2009 | Jensen Car Audio & Video
Aug 07, 2008 | Audiovox VM9512 Car DVD Player
