Question about Nokia N95 Cellular Phone
Once the Lock Code has been changed it cant be reset unless you know the code.
Sorry to say but your only option is to take it to a Nokia service center to get fixed. You will most likely have to pay for this as it is a non-warranty fault.
For the 2nd user you will need to contact your network provider to get a Subsidy Pin to unlock your fone, i presume you're wanting to use it with another networks sim card.
The Lock Code is a security feature for the fone that stops other people using it if turned off then on or key pad locked
