U'll have to give ur handset to the nokia warranty service centre n they'll fix it in a day or two. Its a common problem that is effecting all the 6500-s models sooner or later. even i had that problem only after 1 1/2 month after i bought my new nnokia 6500-s,thank God as i had the warranty card and period...i got it repaired.

Possible that the software of the phone is corrupt or a possible hardware is defective.
You can remove the battery and memory card, have the card scanned for virus. replace battery after 15 minutes so that the phone is reset.
if the phone wont boot back the services of the Nokia support must be sought for reinstalling the software.
Try to hard reset it.
Turn phone off, then press and hold 'star key' , 'green call key' and 'number 3 key' all at the same time and power on phone. Release all buttons when you see 'formatting' mesaage.
your phone definitely needs the servicing,install the operating system newly.try updating the antivirus as regular as possible because if you update the antivirus software today it might not block the virus which are been generated at the next moment,hence try updating as regular as you can.............
and the main thing is be careful while switching on the BLUETOOTH ,its very important because most of the times virus enter your phone when you switch on the BLUETOOTH or the IR port
