If you can start with your password, all you need to do is delete the finger print profile file in your fingerprint program folder and then run the program to register the fingerprint again

Froze on garmin screen won't give directions

Could be a battery problem not having enough charge to get past the Garmin screen you might need to replace the battery or it might need to be reset.

Not knowing which model of Garmin it is makes it hard to provide a correct solution. ?

If your Garmin Nuvi 1300 is freezing up or not working correctly, a soft reset can be performed. A soft reset unfreezes the unit and brings you back to the main menu. If a soft reset does not solve the problem, or if you are selling your unit and wish to erase all of your saved information, a hard reset can be done. A hard reset restores the original factory settings to the unit. Once the information is deleted, it can not be restored. Turn on the Garmin Nuvi 1300. Press and hold down the "Power" button. Release the button when the main menu is displayed. The unit is now ready to be used. b> Hard Reset b> Turn the Garmin Nuvi 1300 off. Press your finger against the bottom-right corner of the Garmin display screen. Leave your finger in place as you power the unit on. Release your finger when the display screen asks, "Do you want to erase all user data?" Use your finger to tap "Yes." The unit will begin to reboot. Do not use the unit until the main menu is displayed. The reset process should take about 45 seconds. Hope this helps.

Waste ink absorber full

Hi,

The waste ink absorber is the place where the head rests to the side of the printer (under where the heads are when you change the ink). There is a way to empty them.
Call a print job. When the heads move away, gently stop them with your hand. They should stop, and an error will come up. Soak up the sponge in the original location with a paper towel. Then reset the printer, and the heads should return to normal, hopefully without the error message

OR you can also try this.

Before we start what needs to be done is that the two little filters under the printer carts need to be cleaned as well as the two little rubber parts housing the filters; wash these in water (after taking out of the printer) the filters should come up white-ish.

Also make sure that while you have the filters out to clean in and around that area with a cloth / tissues something to absore excess ink. After you clean this however you still need to service resert your printer.

The method for doing so is worded very badly on alot of sites so I will explain my way.

(1) have your printer power down ie. off, just to make sure pull the plug out and wait 10 seconds.

(2) plug printer back in, now Hold down the Stop/Reset button don't let go.
(2a) push and hold the on/off button

----at this point both fingers are holding down the buttons.----

(3) take your finger of Stop/Reset, pause maybe a second now press stop/reset button once and then press again and hold.

--- both fingers at this point are hold down both buttons----

(4) take your finger off on/off and now finally take your finger off stop reset.

---wait for the printer to go into its service mode ie. wait maybe 30 secs a min whatever till the printer carage has moved back into ints original spot.

---after this has occoured you should be able to press Stop/reset to cycle though the options

each time you press Stop/Reset Alarm and on/off should alternate lighting up. Hope this helps.

Camera not focusing properly, blurry result. can you help?

Hi, you have problem in lens Focus maybe the gear focus was stuck up becuase of sand or dust that goes inside of your camera. what you need to do is:

1. try to reset the camera to default setting-maybe you make some wrong setting to your camera-kindly check if the problem still occur.
2. clean the lens glass-maybe there's a moisture or a finger print from the glass of the lens -check
3.if the problem still occur you need to check if your camera are still coverd by the warranty. If yes bring to service center and for sure this will covered by warranty of if they charge you with minimum charges.

good luck and thank you my friend

Wont reset

Hi,
If you need to full reset. theres a small hole at the bottom right hand-side of the Unit. ( viewed from the front ) You may then have to re-set up the device, after a hard-reset.
