It seems the system is working fine. If you have the manual, please do read it througly. Check the cables for the usb, it might be damaged. Also reset the whole unit by pressing reset button, it should work. Thanks
Hello, The problem your having is in the power supply section. If you want it repaired I will repair it for you. I own my own business. I install car audio/video systems in cars, trucks,etc. I also do amplifire repair. I am the cheapest repair business you will find. If the unit is old, I would start a he beginning and check the wiring connections. A lot of people use electrical tape without solder and it always works itself apart. Pay very close attention to the ground wire because it could be a common ground type system, meaning the battery ground is used for the speakers as well as the power for the eq.
