you have to sure the video are the rignt format
Just get this tool to help you. 1. load your file to Video Sharer 2. choose mp4 format 3. click" convert" button. Then you will get the right format. FLV to MP4 Here is the tool for you: http://www.asharer.com/download-video-sharer
The Sharper image 2gb player will only allow 131 entries in the root directory. Create a new folder, just like on your computer, and then add music files to that folder. I have not tested if there is a file limit in a new folder.
With music (or whatever)playing hold down V button (left hand side of control circle)til volume adjustment screen comes up-a blinking speaker. Press PRE or NEXT button (top and bottom arrows) to adjust volume.
I know nothing about this specific brand, however if it works the same as about 90% of mp3 players, then I can help. :D Just simply plug it in using your USB cable (hopefully that can be found sitting in your closet as well - that'd **** if you lost it!) and then hold down the Windows key (the key with the Windows logo on it, in the bottom left-hand corner of your keyboard between Ctrl and Alt) and hit "e" while still holding the Windows key down. Then, in the window that pops up, you can access your music files / video files using the menu on the left. Then you just drag the ones you want over to your mp3 player in the left-hand menu. It'll probably be under (E:) or something. Shouldn't be very hard to find. Well I hope this works. Good luck!
