I just want to clarify that you are transferring the newer, translated copy of each file to the device and not the original file yes? Before the conversion process be sure to check the destination folder. Don't always assume that the converter will automatically replace the old file. Any further questions:

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Note: You may need to restart your computer after the converter is downloaded.
Now let's start the actual process of changing the format.
1. Connect your Fuze to your computer via your USB cable 2. Select Sansa Media Converter using Sansa Media Converter on initial connection. 3. Click "Add Media" to select the photo that you wish to convert. 4. Click "Apply". 5. The converted file(s) are stored in a folder entitled "My Album" 6. Click "Sansa Player" if you wish to save the photo directly to the player, or "microSD Card" if you want to save it to a card you have bought for this player. 7. And there you have it, you can use this for any photo or video you need to convert.

Can't convert video

Hi
First in order to use the sandisk media converter your mp3 sansa should be recognized by your windows. You need to download MTP.
The new Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) enables you to manage content on any portable device with storag. Download from microsoft http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=a2e73160-e862-4f19-bb26-c0cafe798955&displaylang=en Once your sandisk is recognized then you can use the media converter. If you want to bypass media converter then you should buy a new media converter compatible with sandisk sansa and in this case you can convert without sandisk sansa attached to your computer. Please check it on the web. You can start by any video converter which available for free otherwise pro is a shareware: http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/

Mine won't read it in MTP mode. It works for me in MSC mode though.
