When I try to us my HP Desk Jet 3320, there is a whirring noise, and the paper just sits there. It is no longer picked up to be fed into the printer. The light starts to blink and the computer tells me there is a paper jam.
But there is no paper jam, and it does this every time I try to make it work. I open and close the top and remove and replace the back and the process says all is well and then exactly the same thing happens.
I've reloaded the drivers and checked to see that the cartridges are moving freely.
The thing worked great for years and now has become useless.
Is this fixable? And how do I fix it?

How do you check the sensor for this? Also if you get a belt fixed, how do you fix that as well?
