Okay if your keyboard doesnt come on, then you shouldnt be able to get past the BIOS screen. Second does the motherboard come with on board VGA??? If so the try sticking a external VGA card in and see if that wont get your screen to work. I know it will cost you, but theres not much you can troubleshoot with a monitor if it wont come on.
Oh you can also try booting into safe mode, if you are able to get that far.
If you can get into safemode, my bet would be that you have a driver problem.

And how are you able to see that everything else is working if the monitor wont come up???

Anyway give it a bash and see any of this helps.
Good luck.

When I connect my laptop to a desktop monitor's hdmi port, why does the desktop's keyboard and mouse stop working ? On switching back to desktop mode, they start working. Please suggest urgently.

A monitor can only show one screen at a time. If you connect your laptop to your monitor, it will only show your laptop, not your desktop. That is why your desktop mouse and keyboard don't seem to respond. You won't see them on your monitor if you have the laptop plugged into it.

Mouse come on and dose notthing when i plug it in the usb slot

Geoff: Only Wireless mice require batteries: If your Mouse is directly attached to the computer with a cord to the USB port, go to the Device Control Manager (open Control Panel on the operating system) look for input devices> Keyboard, Mice and other controlling devices: Right click and look at the PRORTIES to see if the hardware is connected and up-to-date. Update the Drivers if you can. If a delta icon with an exclamation mark appears, this means there is connection problem between the mouse/keyboard. If the USB connection works for other devices you plug into the USB port, then the problem is the mouse and not the computer.

Computer powers on but monitor, keyboard and mouse are not working

Once the monitor shows "no input", indeed the mouse and keyboard are pretty useless, even if the are working, as you cannot see they are working. If the monitor power light is on or flashing, but nothing displays, borrow a monitor from a friend. If that works, your monitor needs replaced.

Dell E1910 H monitor shows that :There is no signal coming from pc.And Press any key on the keyboard or mouse to wake up. i think data cable is not damage.Pc also work properly. Please help me

This could be caused by a couple of different issues. It would be much easier to test if you had either another computer/laptop to plug into the monitor cable or another monitor to plug into your PC. Without either you're kind of hunting in the dark. Would highly recommend either borrowing a neighbor's laptop to attach to your monitor or bringing your monitor to a friend's house and plugging it into his/her computer. Either will tell you where your problem is.
You can also have a possible bad video card on PC but without a spare card, the only way to confirm this again is to bring over a friend's monitor and attach it to the computer or at least to bring the monitor to a friend's and confirm that it and the cable are ok.
Best of luck! Hope this helped!

Emachine w2686 no display when boot up

Couple things to check. First, check with different monitor. Their monitors are usually build by KDS and I think there was a bad series out there. Also check for any beep codes through speakers on startup, this can tell you bad ram or bad video out. Also try unplugging computer and removing CMOS battery inside (watch like battery). Lastly, If non of the above, a bad processor will allow the computer to come on but no beep, no boot, no nothing but fans and green power light. Hope this helps a little.....

Monitor won't come on

When you say the pc is working fine, it's hard to tell if there is no visual from the monitor. Are you getting the 2 usual spaced beeps when your pc boots up, is your keyboard ps2(normal pin type plug or USB)check you have keyboard and mouse in their correct connectors (mouse-green plug, keyboard-purple plug) I'ts more than likely had a bit of banging about in storage and especially if it's been in a cool area, then placed in your house, there may well be condensation points inside which may take a few days to dry out. Try your monitor in a friends pc to eliminate that first.
