Starting from the home screen, push the soft options button (lower left) - Then Choose Settings.

From there, click on the "My Device" tab
Click on "Sound"
Click on "Volume"

Are all sliders moved to the right side of the screen? if not, do so. This will hopefully solve the problem

1) Open your camera app. 2) expand the options by clicking the arrow on the left side of the screen (when in landscape orientation meaning the samsung logo is on the right side of the phone). 3) Click the resolution button (2nd from bottom) 4) Select the highest resolution possible (top left). It will probably be 1280x720 5) Record videos.

I can't hear the sounds on my videos I receive on an LG enV3. My volume is turned up. If I text it to my e-mail I have sound.

Hey I was having the same problem. First make sure that your master volume is up by going to tools and sound settings. More than likely your problem is when you play the videos you have the sound all the way down. There are a series of bars in the lower right, next to the mute, which are probably all transparent (meaning not turned up). Just open your phone all the way and push the arrow key to the right (this key is usually on the side of the phone, but when its all the way open its right under the screen and above the keyboard). This should work

Iphone 3g is frozen and touch screen wont work

If this unit is jailbroken you may want to do a full restore of the device, you will need to get the Iphone turned on and connect it to itunes, when you get into I tune and you phone is seen, right click on the device in itunes and tell it to restore.
This will reset the phone back to defaults, you will loose most of your data if not all.
If you can't get it to stay on or come on in Itunes then you may need to try this.

Step 1. Turn off your iPhone.
Step 2. Hold down the power and home button.
Step 3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the home button down.
Step 4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that its in restore mode.

Alternative Method:

Step 1. Connect iphone to USB then listen to the sound when it connect and disconnect.
Step 2. Hold the home and power buttons until hear the disconnect sound then release power button.
Step 3. Wait until you hear another sound then release home button.

Voice Recording

You can't set a recorded voice to set as ringtone.
You can't set a song as a message tone. The only tones you can send in a message are from your sounds. Sounds are a special format, just as pic, music, ringtones etc.
You can record your own sounds, but unfortunately they come out fuzzy and don't sound real good.
You want to make ringtones and sounds for your phone follow this below:
You will need
1. Phone with usb cable
2. Computer1.gif
3. Bitpim software1.gif

Here is how you can make your own Ringtones, Sounds etc.
go to (this is perfectly legal)
http://www.bitpim.org/

Click download
Next page--Downloads (the first download) choose your operating system1.gif
(do not download BitPim Test Release 1.0.6 04 Mar 2008)

Once downloaded, open it, hook up your phone
It should recognize it. At the bottom of the Bitpim page you will see a green circle--Ready and a green circle---name of your phone and that it is detected.

Now, click on Sounds
Go to the top of the page and clilck the blue music note with the green plus sign.
Find the music you want to make into a sound
Click on it
Click open
An Convert Audio Box will come up

Follow these directions:
Channels (Mono/Stero) click arrow change to 1
Click convert
You will see DOS boxes come up when they are done under crop you will see "Clip Duration" with numbers in the box next to it. Ajust the pink and red arrows to the part of the song you want as your sound. The pink shows the beginning of the song and the red where the song will stop. Then drag the little arrow to the pink arrow. Click play position. You will hear your song, you can adjust from there what you want played.
Once you have set your sound, click "OK"

You may get a prompt that it may be too large, click ok

Now it will show in your sounds

Go to the Second phone at the top with the arrow pointing to the right click on it----a box will appear check ringtone. Click "OK"
Box will go away, the sound will start transferring to your phone.
You will see at the bottom of the page the green circle--Ready
turn Red and it says busy.

When done your phone will reboot go to Music and Tones, sounds and the song should be in your sounds.

Do the same thing for ringtones.

My phone is so full I have to keep deleting some of them.
These are in your phone not on your SD card, phones only have so much memory1.gif.

Good Luck and Have Fun
