Re: Red lines

Red lines in pics could also be the sensor that captures the image malfunctioning... if it is in the warranty period, send to the repair center

Re: Red lines

It seems that you have been selecting Panoram view to shoot photos. Go to menu and change the image options and select SHQ or whatever and not panorama. This should solve the problem. Panorama view shows the grid lines all over the screen and it is meant for taking 360 degree panoramic views.

When I try to turn on my FinePix A600 is beeps, the lens comes out, the light on the back flashes yellow, then it flashes red, the lens goes back in and the camera turns off. I bought a second FinePix...

I'm curious....the camera came out in did you buy a second one?...and more importantly, why? If something doesn't work, the first thing people do isn't to go out and buy another one. Anyway, from your description, the problem seems to lie with the cards, not the camera. All memory cards must be formatted (sometimes called "initialized") in the camera before use and regularly after downloading the pics to the computer. This erases the card and brings it back to original condition so download any pics you want to save using a separate cardreader if necessary and then, format/initialize them in the camera. Also, how old are these cards?....they don't last forever.

Color problem

try to see if a filter is activated like magenta ...look in the menu if there is a reset settings feature...Usually it is in the main that reset it to the factory settings ..there can not be any other thing but something from the settings activated..(look for color filters) another thing to look for is if there are modes on it that change manually and can not be reset on digital level....I mean switches and stuff..or turning buttons for modes..try to put them in normal node..

Hello I just bought today a Fuji digital camera A230 model. On the back screen I see this tiny red dot on it. Should I get it repaired ? Thank you.

Is the red dot the only thing you see on the screen? Does the owner's manual mention the red dot? If you're concerned and this is a brand new camera, take it back.

Red tint in pics

Try resetting. Doubt if that will work but you can try. Sounds like it's going to end up being a repair job.

Go to menu, setup, up to reset, press right arrow, highlight reset and press set. Try that and if it doesn't work then call 800-706-2534 and keep choosing option 2 and they will tell you where to send it.

Kodak Easyshare CX7530 won't stay powered on

SOLUTION: Fot the past two years, fully charged NiMH and new alkaline (generic and fresh Name Brand batteries) in my CX7530 always gave a red light and immediate power off -- symptoms of low batteries. Today I tried it again with the same problem. This time, I folded up a small piece of stiff paper to depress the small Lithium battery module detect switch in the battery compartment, and put my NiMH batteries back in -- it WORKED for the first time in two years! After removing the paper and reinserting the batteries, it still works. I suspect this somehow recalibrates the low battery detect circuit. I hope it helps you as well.
