Question about Samsung Yepp YP-T9 Digital Media Player
Congratulations on the purchase of your T9 ! I'm assuming you are "re-setting" the T9 correctly (ie hold both 'Menu' & 'A-B' buttons together, for 3 secs to re-initialise the built-in firmware). If this gets it goin, then ensure you are in fact downloading the latest firmware update from Samsung website (download centre/mp3) and save newest firmware onto your T9. As a last resort, suggest the li-ion battery should be replaced, but get a 2nd opinion for an approved Samsung service agent (request assessment only for a small cost to yourself). Good luck.
