The network card (also the sound and video) is integrated onto the motherboard on this computer. You probably just need to install the drivers. You can download the drivers from Dell here. Also make sure the onboard network hardware is enabled in the computer's BIOS setup. (If you didn't use a restore set from the manufacturer and just install Windows, you almost always need to install the drivers for integrated hardware.)
sounds like it was damaged in transit because if you cant get any display then you wont be able to do anything - you could get a PCI graphics card or an actual AGP graphics card ( AGP being better / faster ) and do it that way.
If you insured it when in transit I would claim on the insurance
I am sorry but its very hard for anyone to find you right drivers for your display adaptors. Most of the time you can go to your motherboard's manufactorer website if its builtin video card. If you have third party video card then you can check the name of the card and Google it.
Hope it helps !! i can give u better answer if you can tell me the computer model and make or your motherboard manufacturer
good luck anyways
