Check to see if the frequencies on your remotes can be changed or switched to correspond with your keypad. You may be able to do it yourself manually.

In December 2009 I had a new garage door opener installed. I have 2 remotes for this unit. One just quit working. How did I fix it? It is a Sears model - Craftman 315 #139.18191. It is not the battery...

My Craftman Garage Door Opener is approx. 7 yrs old. Remotes work fine. Keypad acknowledges receiving code, but then will not open door. Installed new bsttery.

If your keypad is the same age as your door and worked before it has probably just quit. If it is new and you have programmed it and it still doesn't work it may be the wrong one for your model opener.

Liftmaster Keypad problem

First thing to do is make sure it has a good battery installed. If this doesn't take care of the problem then the keypad is going bad and needs to be replaced. It is important that you get the same keypad as there are others out there that look the same but will not work.

Your keypad is not the same "generation" as your remotes. You operator will work with your security plus remotes or your old keypad but not both. Yor cheapest solution is to replace your keypad.
