Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Unable to print on my computer

Hi, I've just purchased HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One and installed the software according to instruction. However, when I try to print, no printout on my printer. Then I go to Control Panel > Printers, status shows: Error - Printing. Any advices would be appreciated.

Hello sir,

you go on HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One printer, double click on it, a small window will appear, delete all recent commands
if problem not solve then turn off your pc and printer both and unplug the U.S.B cable, now turn on the pc and delete HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One driver and restart pc then install the driver manually again and print your documents again.

Hello sir; You don't have to worry about, if your computer with wizard software, click "start" on your computer, then go to setting, click on printer & fax, select adding then follow the instruction to finish installation.

Perhaps you could download the necessary software from the HP support site: (choose your operating system and I recommend downloading the full-featured software)

Open the HP Photosmart Software on a Windows computer
1. Do one of the following:
– On the Windows desktop, double-click the HP Solution Center icon.
– In the system tray at the far right of the Windows taskbar, double-click the
HP Digital Imaging Monitor icon.
– On the taskbar, click Start, point to Programs or All Programs, select HP,
and then click HP Solution Center.
2. If you have more than one HP device installed, select the HP All-in-One tab.
Note On a Windows computer, the features available in the HP Solution
Center vary depending on the devices you have installed. The HP Solution
Center is customized to display icons associated with the selected device. If
the selected device is not equipped with a particular feature, then the icon for
that feature does not display in the HP Solution Center.

From here, you can scan, make copies, and perform maintenance procedures such as checking the ink levels for the print cartridges.

Won't scan through network


Hi,
You need to make sure that does it print or not. If it is printer then you need to disconnected printer HP 6310 printer and uninstall hp software using printer installation disk after that reboot your computer and reinstall completed printer software.

i think the problem is on that software.pls check the software cd or DVd. if it is fully compatible with windows vista.

Softwear to install on my computer to connect my printer


Hi,

Go onto www.hp.com choose the download option and then type into the box, Officejet 6310. Choose the option for your operating software i.e. XP, Windows 2000 etc, and download the software onto your pc.

Need postscript printer driver for vista


Here is the full software, just install it as postscript printer during setup.

Unplug the printer USB befoare starting setup.
