Question about Tomtom ONE 3rd Edition GPS
I was in the process of downloading updates and after a new application had been installed it said to unplug it from the computer. I ejected the device from the computer, it said that it was safe to eject, and after I did, the screen stayed stuck on a picture of the tom tom and a blinking red X. I turned it off and back on and it had a load bar at the bottom, began to load something but didn't finish and the blinking X came back. I hope this makes sense...can you help me?
I own a TomTom also and have had your same problem before. I have listed the procedures from TomTom Home. First try a soft reset (Reset button is located at the bottom of the TomTom device next to where the DC plug plugs in). Make sure your batteries are charged up or the USB is plugged in.
