Is this a laptop on wireless
if so in the taskbar if she right clicks the internet then on wireless connections a page will com up
if there is wireless in range then she can highlight it then click connect.
If no wireless in range then on the left side of that page she will see something like refresh network list she may need to refresh a few times until a wireless will show then again highlight and click connect.
Let me know if this helped
Does she get wireless and then it disconnects or can she not get on.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have an ASUS Essentio CM1630-03/AMD X2 245/4GB/640G. Does this PC have wireless capability? I am planning to switch from hard wire internet to wireless. Will this work on this PC?

The motherboard in your computer doesn't have wireless built into it. Pick up an inexpensive USB wireless adapter and you'll be able to connect to a wireless access point. Search TL-WN725N on Amazon as an example of one which would work for you.

IE cannot display webpage eventhough wireless network connection is excellent on a brand new asus ee PC

Open IE then in the tool bar click on tools then internet options.
When the internet options box opens click on the advanced tab, at the bottom of the box click on restore advanced settings and then click on the rest tab
close IE then try and see if it works
Hope this helps

How to install windows xp to my ee pc 4g by using an usb?

Obviously you need a cd/dvd drive.
Put the disc into the drive and power up the laptop, pressing on f2 or f8 or f12 depending on the model, select boot device options, pick the drive letter for the cd/dvd drive (assuming that the internal HDD is drive c, then the external could be d,e,f,g etc) and the pc will load from the disc. You may even have it set to boot from usb already. Then just follow the onscreen prompts until it's finnished.
