The blades pull straight off the shaft. If you look closely you will see a small notch on the blade that fits a tab on the shaft. This keeps the blade turning at the same speed as the shaft.

Anyway, pulling straight down on the blade should get it off. You might try boiling the tip in water to soften whatever gunk is holding it on. Be careful you don't burn your fingers when trying to pull off the blade after boiling it.

My bamix attachments keep falling off, tried tightning them as per instruction book to no avail.

II had the same problem but I just kept adjusting it and make sure it fits into the notch, and it works. It a bit annoying, but persevere.

I can't remove the blade from my Bamix hand blender

Shaft should be free for rotation that is ok.
Blade will come off with determined force of pull make sure grasp blade with towel to prevent injury to the fingers.

It says in the manual to soak it in very hot water for 10-20 minutes, then try again. This should free trapped food from the shaft
