Question about GE Bluetooth In-ear Headset Wireless Headset
When calling a company which uses a touch tone menu system for customer service, the GE 21518 doesn't properly transmit the tones. The menu system is non-responsive when I press the appropriate key.
This is the "nature of the beast" with this unit. I have found the same issue. It seems to vary based on which cell phone you use it with. The Moto Droid I had briefly seemed to allow the DTMF tones to work pretty well. Otherwise, this is a great product. You'll just have to grab the actual phone to enter the tones. :(
