The "Help" states to go into Calendar..then Options...then Keep Appointments...but there is no "Keep Appointments" option???

Sorry, but the manual is right. Let's see...
Don''t use the general options (from the main screen), but go to your calendar first.
Then click the wheel and you'll find "Options" a little bit further down.
When you choose this, it will lead you to the calendar options, where you can set the "Keep Appointments" field to 15, 30, 60, 90 days and forever.
Choose to your liking.
Don't forget to save your choice.
