Catz 5 problem with installation.

When I try to install my Catz 5 game, it gets 51%, then stops. I hit cancel after about an hour of waiting. It says that I am missing FamilyRoom.env. I looked in the folder, and I am indeed missing it. I have never tampered with the game files. What do I do?

Guideif you are trying to install the game from a CD or DVD the cause could probably be that the CD or DVD is damaged, try cleaning the media. if u are trying to install the game from a cd or dvd try coppying all the files on to your had disk and then open the setup procees from the hard disk.
