Question about Admiral 26 cu. ft. Side-By-Side Refrigerator
Does the plumbing for the ice and water have to be plumbed for the fridge to work? The light comes on or did (bulb blown( but not making any noises. I do not have a manual and it was ex display
Feed back on electrics ie neutral has a live feed?

No..frig will cool just fine without plumbing done-- but you will have no ice :)

No the water does not have to be plumbed in for the frige to cool. replace bulb. if short in the system exists then you will need to replace an interal wiring harness.

No the water supply to ice and water does not have to be hooked up for it to work.
