The cable you need for that printer is a Parallel IEEE1284 Compatible Bi-directional printer cable. It is the regular printer cable everyone used before all the printers went USB. If you dont have a parallel port on your computer, the link below is to USB Parallel adapters that you should be able to use with this printer.
Be aware, value will fluctuate depending on overall cosmetic condition and functionality. For a single unit sale your best bet is probably to use an online sale/auction site. You could try Craigslist first as that allows you to sell without having to pay any listing fees, etc. If that does not work for you ebay can be a reliable alternative (as when using any online selling sites use common sense when dealing with individuals, with craiglist be careful about where you meet someone, deal in cash or direct deposits to an account like PayPal, etc). You might even put a small ad in your local free paper/newspaper as this kind of device could be of interest to small business owners.

Could be that your cleaning unit is not installed or is old. Or, it could be too few cards in the card hopper. You could apply a little weight to the cards in the hopper to see if that helps. And/or try changing out the cleaning cartridge.
This is an indication of a problem with the print head. (Assuming what you are talking about is a line down the center (left to right) of the card.) It has been a while since I have used these, but I believe the fix is buy a new print head.
I doubt it. We have a Persona C11 that stopped printing the cards and we sent it for service. The authorized service returned the printer with a note indicating that the printer has been discontinued and support is no longer available starting in December of 2007.
So, I really doubt they will be releasing drivers for Vista,
