Question about Mitsubishi WS-55613 55" Rear Projection HDTV
When I try to turn it on....all I get is a blinking green light which turns of after a few seconds. However, when this happens a orange "lamp" light turns on.
To begin with the model listed here does not have a lamp, it has three picture tubes so we have the wrong model number--willing to try to help but need correct model number.

Here's something that might also be useful. After you turn on the
set, and get the regular red blinky lights, hold down the Device and
Menu buttons together for about 5 seconds.
The Power light will start to flash in a two digit sequence.
please post your error code

More than likely your TV has "COOLANT" (ethylene glycol) on the circuit boards. This fluid comes from the CRT's (picture tube) this fluid is used to keep the CRT's cool, such the name. This fluid from the CRT's leak when TV is on for long periods of time, the chamber expands and the seals leak.
One can remove this fluid by using "acetone" & small brush. The fluid is hard to see, use bright light, they spots can be smaller then a DIME. Also, the fluid can corrode the parts and traces on the boards. To protect the TV in future place heavy plastic or thick cardboard over affective area, make sure TV has proper air flow around TV.
If after the fluid has been removed and TV still does not work, call an Authorized Service Center to come out and repair TV after giving you an Written Estimate. The boards are not available.
Always try resetting the TV by unplugging it for one minute then plug back into A/C outlet and ALWAYS UNPLUG TV BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY REPAIR ON THE TV.
This a very common problem with model. Don't listen to other comments unless the use the correct replacement parts.
SYMPTOM: Power LED does not stop blinking after plug in.
CURE: replace C9B01, C9B02,C9B10, and C9B11 (1000 uFD 16V) on the DM PCB. Replace them with part # 181P734030 (680uFd 16V).
The DM Board (PCB) is located on the very left side of the TV looking from back. Caution on removing Board and note what cables you disconnect to access the Metal Shielded Board.
Good Luck, big IRISH.

the wd 62327 doesn't have a DM module as it doesn't have the atsc tuner. are you sure you have a wd62327?
in a normal set
Green Blink = μPC Initializing (after AC off/on) (1~2 sec)
get the error code by doing this: (and let me know)
Error Code Operational Check
Pressing the front panel “INPUT” and “MENU” buttons at the same time, and holding for 5 seconds,
activates the Error Code Mode. The ” Power LED” flashes denoting a two digit Error Code, or indicating no problem
has occured since the last Initalization.
Note: The front panel buttons must used, NOT those on the Remote Control.
• The number of flashes indicates the value of the MSD (tens digit) of the Error Code.
• The flashing then pauses for approximately 1/2 second.
• The LED then flashes indicating the value of the LSD (ones digit) of the Error Code.
• The Error Code is repeated a total of 5 times.
Example: If the Error Code is “34”, the LED will flash 3 times, pause, and then flash 4 times.
