Question about LG 32LH3000 32" HDTV-Ready LCD TV
The TV is turning off when changing the channel with the 'list'-function; it's also losing connection to any signal when changing the channel with +/- buttons; but it has signal without any other problems when turning it on.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: tv has no signal
sounds like the EDID data has been corrupted in your main board. it can be reprogrammed but most techs will just replace the board. either way someone will have to come out and look at it. it should have a 2 year parts and labor warr on it. call LG cust service and get someone out there.

There are some inductors that are out of spec. LG's original SB said to replace some of these with a jumper, but it only lasted a couple months.
You need to have the Total Main Assy replaced.

You need to press the button on the top right of the control ( the TV button) once and that will allow you to control the tv once again. Problem occurs when you accidently push VCR or DVD button which means remote control will try a different frequency to operate a VCR or DVD that isn't there. Hope this helps.

If you have a cable box (otherwise known as a set-top-box) that you have to turn on when you turn the tv on, and you use to change your cable channels, the LG remote will not control it. The LG remote is strictly for the tuner built into the television, and is not capable of controlling the cable box.
You probably see "function not available" because you are viewing the picture on an external input of the tv (component, composite, etc). Your tv cannot tune stations in when it is set to an external input that you use to watch DVD's, cable boxes, games, and other devices. The tv is telling you that you can't change channels if it is on an input.
I hope this helps you...

This memory loss issue sounds like a problem with the main board inside the TV. The channel memory should not erase after a power cycle.
You are probably loosing other custom programming like your Display and Audio settings. That is if you had modified something in these menus.
You may want to check to see if this is also happening by making a change in like the Display menu, and then turn the unit off and back on.
The TV has a one year warranty on parts and labor.
