Sounds like a partially shorted PTO clutch coil. They should draw only 5-7 amps but partially shorted can draw more than the alternator can supply. Normal coil resitance

I need to adjust my scag mower deck

The mower deck can be adjusted from a height of 1.0 inch to 6.0 inches at 1/4-inch intervals. To adjust the cutting height:
1. Disengage the power to the cutter blades.
2. Push the cutting height adjustment foot pedal all the way forward using your right foot until it locks in place
3. Insert the lanyard pin into the cutting height index at the desired cutting height. Push forward on the deck lift foot lever, hold in place and pull back on the deck release lever. Slowly release the foot pedal. A deck height decal is located on the cutting height index as an aid in adjusting the deck to the desired height.

I would like to locate a cutting deck belt for my husqvarn mower model yth 210 xp serial no 021103c001383 year 2003

You will need the model number located on the tag the serial number is located on to look that up. With that number you can go to one of several lawnmower repair part websites like partstree.com for example. From there select the husqvarna icon, on left of next page enter the model number, select the drawing that you want for the mowing deck and look at the drawing for the belt. Take the number on the drawing for the belt and look for it on the chart to the right to get a part number and then you can call the local lawnmower repair shop for the part or you can just order it there from the website.

try this link, they don't deal specifically with craftsman parts, though they do have aftermarket suitable substitutes for craftsmen. This website has excellent illustrated parts breakdowns for numerous other riding lawnmowers though and I'll bet that something like MTD or White Outdoor is exactly the same as your mower. I have a White outdoor 42 inch riding mower and have changed numerous parts using these illustrations. Good luck

How do you adjust the cutting deck?

Pete, go back to partstree and look at the diagram for lift arms. Item #27 is your lift cables. You will notice there are several little ferrules or balls on the cables, you unhook the cable and slide these up or down as needed to adjust your deck. If you need the deck higher, you would position more of the balls under the lift arm on each side. If you can't get the desired height then your cables are stretched and need to be replaced

Need to fit belt that turns blades on husqvarna lt 120 can you help.

You will have to remove the cutting deck from under the ride on to have better access to the belt
If you take a picture of the cutting deck once it is removed it will assist you in putting it back together.
To remove the cutting head belt from the engine bottom pulley you must push the foot pedal down and lock it in place to take the pressure off the belt to remove it from the pulley.
There is most probably a rod that hangs down close to the side of the pulley which is there to stop the belt from coming off when the pressure has been taken off the belt, you have to loosen the rod retaining bolt and move it away from the side of the pulley to get the room to remove the belt, there will be a cable that adjusts the deck cutting height which has to be removed from the cutting deck to be able to remove the deck, there should only be 3 anchor points that hold the deck under the mower, 2 on the sides and a steel rod throught the front with spring clips on them for quick removal.
when the deck is out you will see t hat both the belt pulleys on the deck have plastic guards on them which have to be removed to be able to get the belt off the pulleys.
Replace the belt and install all the parts in the reverse order that you removed them in.
Is a reasonably large job for a person who has never done it before but it is a job that anyone can do if they just take their time and also a few pics before removing just for a reference
Hope this helps
