Most Ricoh multifunction printers have a set of parameter lists that control reports and journals. The parameters are set by using bit switches in the User Tools, and each machine has different switches to control different settings.
What kind of fax machine or printer do you have? The user manual has a list of all parameters and bit switches.
hello there here is several links that will help you out ok best regards michael

GEEZ, the 1013f, I beleive you have to access the user tools buttom, it is on the left side of the control panel. From there slect fax features, then select general/settins adjust, then program fax information, then slect fax header, from there you will use th alpha keys on the left side that double as the one touch keys. When you are done select ok!
User Tools/Fax/Parameter Settings. Personally I wouldn't mess with those, it's to easy to totally mess up the fax system if you flip the wrong bit switch setting. I threw my 450 programing guides away some time ago being that there's just a hand full of these things left in the hole country. I believe if you go to Ricoh's web site and go to the download page, you can download the fax user manual which if memory serves me (and it often doesn't), you'll find how to change the fax parameter settings.
