Key B2 playing to loud, not touch responsive

What is your piano brand and type?
Damage to the contact rubber can cause note plays loudly or,
note does not plays at all.
It is caused by:
1. Carbon rubber contacts dirty / dusty (yellow arrow). Clean with a pencil eraser (or cloth). Gently rub it.

2.
Contact rubber is torn (your case). If this happen,it can not be repaired or glue. So, you have to replace one octave.
The yellow arrow indicates the side that is often torn.

How so I fix a stuck piano key

It would depend on why it's sticking. First thing to check is the key bushing felt, then see if the key has swollen and is rubbing the ajascent key. Past that, you'll need a repairman.

Technics PR-305 Digital Piano

It sounds like you are in need of a new piano. These are common issues with keyboards. The age is a big factor. It would cost just as much in repairs as it would to buy a new keyboard.

There must be an ENTER/OK/SET button you need to push, after selecting the desired instrument (while it is flashing).

I have a Casio digital piano and some keys stopped working after my daughter finished "cleaning" the piano. I'm thinking maybe a fuse needs to be replaced?? Some keys plays and some do not. Any

Old reply so hopefully it's fixed. Dust or hair can get through the gaps and land on or near the contacts of the electronic key sensors. To be on the safe side (rather than doing a diy) take it in to the technicians. They'll have it fixed in a jiffy

I just opened my new piano and middle C pushes harder than all the other keys and plays softer

Take it back to the store (send it back to the store but call first to get a return authorization if you got it online). This sounds like a manufactures defect. It shouldn't work that way.

You can also try calling Yamaha (good customer service historically). Check your packaging for their number. They usually prefer that you call them to get things fixed instead of returning it.

I would not recommend trying any quick fixes anyone else recommends because they can invalidate your warranty from Yamaha

Good luck.

Kurzweil digital piano unpredictable voices and volume

The contacts of various switches and keys are likely dirty. They are often conductive rubber and need cleaning with 99% isoprophly alcohol and q-tip. Clean both the conductive rubber pill and th circuit board traces they contact.
