You guys are idiots! it's a Kyocera not a Motorolla! The Kyocera Hydro's bootloader is Locked down, same with it's twin the Rise. So until someone figures out how to unlock the bootloader your stuck. have you tried reseting to facotry defaults?
If not here is your instructions and this might help you ^_^
First you remove the battery and reinstall it. With the phone turned off, Press and Hold the Volume Down and the HOME Touch Screen Button (The one theat looks like a little house), and without releasing those two press the power button long enough until you see the Kyocera Hydro logo, when this happens you may release the power button BUT NOT the Home and Volume keys. After a couple of seconds you will see a big android logo on your screen, NOW you can release both buttons. With the volume keys scroll down to WIPE/FACTORY RESET (This will erase everything on your phone except the contents on your MicroSD card). With your power button you select the option of WIPE nad after that it will prompt you with a lot of NO and one YES, scroll with the volume button then choose with the power button. After this you will return to the previous menu, so you just choose the REEBOT NOW with the power button, and voila MASTER RESET.
Turn off the device. press and hold the volume down and power button for a while until the "Android Man" appears. After that loads a while, a new screen will come up wit several options in colored text with a black backround. Use the volume keys to select "factory Reset" and select the option with the power button. If that brings you to another screen just select the same option in the same way to continue. NOTICE!: This resets the entire phone! Any settings will be lost!
sorry the first one is for a different phone I have been up all night and I am tired with a different phone on the brain
just make sure to wipe the cache first

SOURCE: phone only on bootloader
bootloader is the programing mode for when motorola loads the operating system. Typically this will happen when a bad flash code is used. You can try and remove the battery while the phone is turned on and hope it reloads the OS. Otherwise talk to your carrier about warranty stuff.
SOURCE: I think I might have bricked my phone
you should take the phone and have the firmware reflash by a professional service center tech.
SOURCE: cant get phone out of bootloader mode
sorry, you just have to reflash the phone. I don't know how good you are with these things, but there are a few programs out there that can reflash the phone for you. I can not advise you 100% since I don't know your software version of the phone i.e. R374XXX. But if you lke to do this yourself, browse some of the motorola forums. Otherwise the cost for repair at a shop should be around $25
