Hi...there,
Very simple just plugged your audio cable to your lcd monitor jack , then do the same to your pc audio jack. From the front (with picture of a headphone) or from the back (green audio jack) To settings the volume control open the on screen display from the lcd monitor and look for volume settings. or go to your toolbar bottom r/h side look for the icon of a speaker and click on it...and that it... have nice a day!

Blurred image in Samsung Syncmaster732nw monitor

For best pictures, you need to set your PC video resolution to the native resolution of this monitor, which is 1280x1024 @60Hz. Try that first before opening up the monitor to look for bad components.

Sound card settings what do I need to do

uummm.... not sure what you're asking
but vista supports more than 1 sound card (I think). However, on the card, you can only use 1 or 2 ports at a time.

This Will Completely Solve your Prob; if there is no any internal Hardware Problems with Quick Lunch Buttons

(I feel there is no any coz u mention about Ding Sound. That mean your system is recognizing your key input & all you need is Just program those keys – above setup will do that)

** If you didn’t solve your prob; my advice is take your lap to a good technician with component level Repair skills.

Thank you & Best Regards
Dinu….
