- yes you can remove any profile in Control Panel, mail applet. Be aware when you remove a profile all the information (settings, mail folders) are removed. If you need to transfer from one old profile to a new one: create a new one BEFORE deleting the old one.

I am attempting to edit a shared calendar in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. But it is giving me "unable to display the folder. The server mailbox cannot be opened because the address book entry is not a mail user." What does that mean and how can I fix it? I am running Windows XP Professional SP3.
