Can u tell me what is the diff in workmanship in outlook & outlook Exp.?
I am new for outlook & I make mass (so many folders). Can u tell me how I can delete every thing from outlook & make fresh new start?

1 sorry I don't understand first question. if you detail I'll probably be able to help you/
2. If Mail server is POP you can create a new profile for Outlook in Control panel. Remove old profile and do not import nothing into new profile

- yes you can remove any profile in Control Panel, mail applet.
Be aware when you remove a profile all the information (settings, mail folders) are removed.
If you need to transfer from one old profile to a new one: create a new one BEFORE deleting the old one.
