hello, remove cartridges, clean with something soft the wiring of both printer cartridge slot and cartridge itself, make sure you use alcohool, sanitary or even parfume wich dries fast and is not greasy, after that power up printer and check to see if everything is alright, if other error ocurs reply here.
In run window type services.msc and the go to print spooler option just stop and restart the service.on and off the printer it will clear all pending jobs. Hope this helps. Please rate my response. Thanks. Have a good day.
Does the carriage move side to side when you print? If it does, you have a bad cartridge. If it does not, did the display show any error messages? Does it fax out correctly?
Just in case you have not checked, please make sure the protective tape on the new cartridge print head section is removed.
