Question about Acer Aspire™ T180 PC Desktop
I had the same problem a few months ago. I tried different things with no luck.
A friend of mine (computer geek) checked it out and found nothing wrong with it. He changed the power supply and worked fine, then he put back the original power supply and it has been working fine since then.
It could be a loose connection or probably something was reset when he replaced it.

The beeps that you are hearing are messages created by the POST (Power On Self Test) to indicate that something is wrong. If you know your motherboard type it is possible to find the documentation explaining what 3 beeps mean.
Because we don't know the motherboard type (At least for now) let's use the common sense. Did you verify that the power supply is properly connected to the drive? Can you confirm that removing the second Hard drive it boot again ok? In some type of BIOS 3 beeps means memory problem. By accident did you touch the memory? Are all the ribbon cables well plugged in?
