I think what you are asking is how to connect the headphones to the iphone via Bluetooth.
switch on the headphones Bluetooth....go to general settings in iphone ... Switch on iphone Bluetooth....then choose detect devices....when it finds the headphones... Click "pair" ...it will let you know if pairing was successful.once it remembers the device you won't need to do all that again next time you want to use the headphones.now and again you will need to charge the headset up.
To connect your S11-FLEX HD with other devices follow the steps below:
1. Turn Bluetooth on for your other device. (phone, computer, etc.)
2. Turn headset on. (Please ensure device is charged)
3. Enter passcode, if prompted, on your other device. Passcode is 0000
4. When complete headset will say "Device 1 connected".
If an error is displayed, you can reset the settings to factory: press and hold the Power & MFB buttons together, then select Reset headset and try again.
Press and hold the power key (under the red cover) longer than the time required to turn it on, until its indicator light is alternately flashing in red and blue. It is in pairing mode (discoverable) now. Then, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, the S9 should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, the S9 should enter the stand-by mode. There could be such an indicaton in your phone too.
Hope it works for you.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.
Did you "pair" the headset with the transmitter? The X31 transmitter has an LED on the front. It should be glowing steady on. If it's slowly fading in and out, that means you need to pair the headset with the transmitter.
Directions for how to pair the X31 are in the User Guide:
If you know the headset is paired but you still don't get sound, try connecting the red/white RCA plugs to the Audio Out jacks on a DVD or CD player, and test your X31 that way. If it makes sound from your DVD or CD player but not from your Xbox, then you know it's an Xbox configuration problem of some kind (in other words, you know the headset works).
I hope that helps.
I managed to pair the device after plugging the bluetooth headset into the USB power slot. Then I press the main button for 5 secs until the red light started flashing very rapidly and I typed in 0000 and the headset paired off with my Iphone. Good luck
You cannot avoid the problem with an alternative code, to my knowledge. You will find that almost every bluetooth uses the default code, 0000 , and the reason they use a code at all is to identify the devices (phone and headset, or whatever) to let them chat amongst themselves and determine what they are going to use for encryption keys for their future communication at the exact moment when they are first "paired". They only set up this encryption when they first handshake, but it ensures that every time you turn them on in the future, they hand-shake in a manner that does not allow your conversation to be overheard by spies. In other words, they digitize and scramble your speech using encryption tools that depend on the initial codes they calculated when you first "paired" them.
So the idea of the pass code is not to prevent the unit from being used by a thief, and the passcode is always the four digit number 0000
go on ur phone and go 2 bluetooth pairing. before u click pair, turn on ur headphones and hold the multi function( button w/ play button and phone symbols) button until flashes blue and red lights simultaneously. once flashing, enter and start bluetooth paring on ur phone. the code is 0000. enjoy using ur bluetooth.
Is this the first time you are pairing two Bletooth devices ? Is the security pin for your Samsung phone '0000' ? Usually, the code you have to enter on your phone to pair it with a Bluetooth headset or headphones is '0000' (the number 'zero' 4 times), unless Jensen's Bluetooth headphones use a different pin.
